Aaron Wood was a member of the Victorian Police before entering into the Private Security Industry in 1995. While still actively working in the Private Security Industry, Aaron specialises in developing and implementing national accredited training for the Private Security Industry as well as other industries. Aaron has a strong legislative and compliance background and focuses on research based quality assurance when developing training material. Aaron also has a mentoring role within the Private Security Industry and provides regular feedback to regulatory bodies.
